Field Team Manager

The Position

We work with some of the most coveted retail brands like Oakley, UnderArmour, TOMS, Bose, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Levi’s, New Balance, plus many more and we're looking for the right talented person to join our team as a Field Team Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, support and mentor a team of 70-100 remote ThirdChannel Agents
  • Maintain organization of program documents and information
  • Identify agent reporting errors, confusions, and partner with Customer Success Manager to streamline a solution
  • Document best agent practices in store including, strong summaries, great photos, powerful training experiences etc. to use in customer reporting
  • Develop and execute real-time agent action plans to drive KPI improvements in stores
  • Field Team Managers will also support their Customer Success Manager with customer requests, reports and projects

Skills & Expertise

  • BA or BS degree in related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role, experience working in retail or retail tech preferred
  • Experience working cross functionally or in a team setting
  • High-level experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of cloud based technologies
  • A receptive and approachable personality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
