Customer Success Manager

The Position

We work with some of the most coveted retail brands like Oakley, UnderArmour, TOMS, Bose, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Levi’s, New Balance, plus many more and we're looking for the right talented person to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships day-to-day, interfacing with sales and marketing teams at some of the largest fashion, sports, footwear, and electronics brands
  • Supervise and motivate a field team of 10 - 100 people, working as brand ambassadors and operatives in retail stores across the country doing marketing, visual merchandising, education clinics, and other programs
  • Work with Customer Strategy team to identify opportunities in store and develop real-time agent action plans
  • Directly manage Field Team Manager(s)
  • Own program budget

Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or other managerial position(s)
  • Have retail or marketing agency experience, retail floor and/or merchandising experience working with leading sports and lifestyle, fashion consumer products or electronics brand manufacturers
  • Have a passion for building relationships and experience in motivating people to perform at their best Deliver excellent customer service, always one step ahead on the strategy front Have a BA or BS and at least 5-7 years work experience, concentrated in retail or retail tech Have a track record of leadership, managing, coaching, training, and motivating people Articulate, polished and an effective communicator Great with numbers - proficiency in Excel as well other Microsoft Office programs Excellent problem-solving ability
